[PlatON Privacy-preserving Computation Network Starts On-chain Governance Upgrade Voting for the PIP-10 Proposal] The PlatON network started on-chain governance upgrade voting for the PIP-10 proposal on October 25. The governance voting of the proposal, which proposes to upgrade the network to version 1.3.0, will last about 15 days. The new version will feature the following upgrades: 1. De-delegated tokens will be locked for 56 epoches; 2. Stage III of the PIP-7 proposal for supporting double ChainIDs will be implemented (EVM returns the new ChainID).
