📌PlatON has announced the proposal for the mainnet upgrade to v1.3.0. Governance voting is expected to start on October 25, 2022. 

The new version includes: 

- The delegated tokens to be unbound will be locked 7 days
- Chain ID change proposal PIP-7 goes through the last stage.

The chain ID obtained by the contract with the chainid instruction or directly using the Block.chainid instruction will no longer be 100, but a new value 210425.
