Considering the legacy issue of the wasm contract on the existing PlatON DevNet that makes synchronization fail under the full mode, to remove the impacts on DApps under development and debugging, PlatON DevNet 2 is added to support full mode synchronization. It is suggested that projects under development and debugging be migrated to and new projects be deployed on the PlatON DevNet 2.  The PlatON DevNet remains in service, and its suspension will be notified separately. Thank you.
